How long does it take to process your order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. However, there are certain elements to designs that are ordered in from third party suppliers (such as custom UV-DTF). Whilst my suppliers have fantastic turn around timescales, there may be times through no fault of their own that there may be a delay to services. Should any delays occur due to third party fault, I will do my absolute best to reduce the impact on processing timescale delays and notify you as soon as possible via email whilst also sourcing an alternative provider.
What about shipping?
I am currently only shipping to Mainland U.K, using Royal Mail 24hr tracked services. This means that as soon as I have made your personalised design and confirmed with you via email that your order is complete you will receive your order 24hrs later. However, the Royal Mail website quotes, but does not guarantee, 24hr tracked delivery and once your parcel has left my hands any delays caused by Royal Mail services are out of my control. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure couriers are chosen carefully, once the balloon/s leave/s my care it is in the hands of the courier to ensure the product is handled carefully and safely. Shipping boxes will be marked 'Fragile' or 'Handle with Care'. We cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss incurred as the result of a delay or damage during delivery by couriers.
